Senior Multimedia Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the creation of high-quality multimedia content, including videos, animations, and motion graphics.
• Support the Post-Production Lead in editing, refining, and enhancing video content.
• Oversee and participate in pre-production, production, and post-production processes to ensure timely and high-quality content delivery.
• Collaborate with creative teams, including designers, writers, and producers, to develop engaging visual storytelling.
• Utilize industry-standard software and tools to create professional multimedia assets.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high production values.
• Stay up to date with industry trends, technologies, and best practices to continually improve multimedia content.
• Ensure brand consistency across all multimedia materials and assets.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior multimedia specialists and production staff.
• Troubleshoot technical challenges related to multimedia production and post-production processes.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Multimedia Design, Film Production, Graphic Design, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in multimedia content creation, video production, and animation.
• Proficiency in industry-standard software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator) and other video editing and animation tools.
• Strong storytelling skills with the ability to translate concepts into visually engaging content.
• Experience with camera operation, lighting, and sound design is a plus.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and creative problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of emerging multimedia trends and technologies.
