Art Director

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the visual development of campaigns, brand identities, and content strategies.
  • Manage and mentor designers, providing clear feedback, guidance, and creative direction.
  • Collaborate with copywriters, strategists, and account teams to develop holistic creative solutions that align with client objectives.
  • Present and articulate creative concepts to internal stakeholders and clients.
  • Oversee the production of visual assets to ensure consistency, quality, and alignment with the brand.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of client industries, ensuring relevance and innovation in all creative outputs.
  • Stay ahead of design trends, tools, and cultural shifts to drive innovation.
  • Manage timelines, deliverables, and workflow across multiple projects.

Required Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of experience in a senior creative or art direction role, preferably within an agency setting.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing a range of high-impact creative work across media.
  • Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); familiarity with Figma, After Effects, or other creative tools is a plus.
  • Proven ability to lead teams and projects, from ideation to execution.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills.
  • Deep understanding of branding, typography, composition, and visual storytelling.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.
