Account Manager

 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Lead day-to-day client communication and ensure smooth delivery of all social media activities.
  • Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with client goals. 
  • Create, curate, and manage published content across social platforms. 
  • Engage with audiences, respond to messages and comments, and foster community relationships. 
  • Track, analyze, and report on social media performance, providing insights and recommendations. 
  • Coordinate with content creators, designers, and other team members to produce high quality content. 
  • Paid Social Campaigns: Assist in creating and managing paid social media campaigns, including budget tracking and performance analysis. 
  • Stay on top of trends, platform updates, and competitor activity to proactively guide clients.

 

Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or related field. 
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience managing social media accounts, ideally in a Digital marketing agency. 
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices. 
  • Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social) and analytics. 
  • Excellent communication skills and a keen eye for detail both in Arabic & English
