Community Manager & Copywriter

Key Responsibilities:

Copywriting & Content Creation

  • Write, edit, and proofread content across social media, web, newsletters, and campaign materials.
  • Ensure consistency in tone, style, and brand voice across all platforms.
  • Collaborate with creative and strategy teams to brainstorm and develop campaign messaging.
  • Adapt content based on platform trends, performance insights, and audience behavior.

Community Management

  • Manage daily interactions on social platforms (comments, DMs, mentions), ensuring timely and brand-aligned responses.
  • Foster positive relationships with followers, influencers, and brand advocates.
  • Proactively grow and nurture the online community, encouraging dialogue and engagement.
  • Monitor community sentiment and flag any reputational risks or emerging issues.
  • Support with social listening, competitor tracking, and audience insights reporting.

Qualifications & Skills:

    • 2–4 years of experience in social media, content creation, or community management—preferably in an agency or brand environment.
    • Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills across formats and tones.
    • Experience managing brand accounts on platforms like Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
    • Strong understanding of social media trends, audience behavior, and content strategy.
    • Proactive, empathetic, and comfortable interacting with audiences in real-time.
    • Familiarity with scheduling and analytics tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Sprout, Emplifi, Hootsuite).
    • Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.
